We take pride in the research we provide...

JUSTcapital.png

Like the folks here at I|I, the good people at just capital are on a mission to challenge outdated financial philosophy. As proponents of Stakeholder Capitalism, they believe "Restoring trust in capitalism requires us to think differently about how we do business. About how we invest. About how we make decisions, as consumers, as workers, as community members. It invites new ways to talk about, measure, and incentivize business behavior. It demands that we do a better job of aligning how companies, and investors, define success."

We couldn't have put it better ourselves! Get inspired by their mission, check out the JUST report and all the other top notch research they're working on and take a look at the Just ETF

ELIZABTH WHITE – SMALL UP

Some of those railing against the global elite probably do not know they belong to it. If you have just $2,220 to your name, you're still richer than half of the world's citizens. In our opinion, being rich shouldn’t be synonymous with being evil. Those with more resources have the power as well as obligation to do good in the world.

Watch this TED Talk where author Elizabeth White shares many more of these sobering facts and opens up an honest conversation about financial trouble, how to navigate it and what it means to live a richly textured life not defined by titles and material things.

KATE RAWORTH – IT LOOKS LIKE A DONUT

A forward and upward trajectory is the most basic direction of progress that we humans recognize. The idea of never ending growth being synonymous with progress underpins modern economic theory. In this eye-opening talk by Oxford Economist Kate Raworth, she offers up a new shape when it comes to economics, one with a higher ambition that can’t be measured by money.

As Kate points out, when we look to nature, we learn that nothing grows forever and that when something tries to within a healthy, thriving system it’s a threat to the health of the whole. She asks, why would economies by the one system that can buck this trend?

Active Duty Passive Income

Active Duty Passive Income (ADPI) was born from the idea that there absolutely has to be a better way to plan for one's future while still in the military. Whether you plan on staying in for 3 years or 30 years, some day you will be a civilian again and will need to find a new source of income.

The team strives to educate, mentor and empower active duty service members, veterans, spouses and military families to reach financial freedom through passive income in real estate investing. Our goal is for Active Duty Passive Income (ADPI) members to own as much of America as possible. To create and lead the industry by example in a niche so vastly under-developed and needed. To provide steadfast commitment to this mission that inspires teamwork, camaraderie and pride through determination, integrity, consistent growth and taking massive action.
